Peaceful Location 20 Meters of the Sea

A villa in Skiathos which includes one apartment and one studio which is perfect for a big family of 6 or even a couple. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 en suite bathrooms and the studio has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. It has a private swimming pool with amazing views of the sea and the town. Next to the swimming pool, there’s a large terrace where you can enjoy a nice breakfast, lunch or dinner as it has 4 deck chairs, a couch, and lounges are the outdoor furniture.

The kitchen has an hob/electric panel, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and utensils, cutlery, towels, tablecloths, napkins.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: bath towels, hand towels, linens and beach towels are included. Towels and linens are changed a week, maid service and cleaning a week.

The location is perfect as it has easy access to the town to one of the many restaurants that Skiathos has to offer. It’s only 20 meters located from the beach and 5 minute drive by car to the town.
