Debbie was warm, friendly and chatty. Lovely old house. The room was a good size and comfortable. Daily top up of biscuits and tea/coffee. The towels were enormous and changed during our 3 night stay, which was a lovely surprise. Would benefit with better lighting for applying makeup. The breakfast was excellent and filling. The location was great and there were plenty of leaflets for exploring Yorkshire. We would definitely stay again. Alina & Steve

The owner was very nice and recommended us fantastic local places to eat and visit. Breakfast was very tasty and freshly made. The overall opinion is highly positive. We recommend this accommodation.
