Partly nestled in an olive grove Themis Homes, consisting of three houses, each with a plunge pool, independent and unique, but sharing the same sense of well-being welcomes its guests. The homes have been designed with special sensitivity to people and to the environment, using sustainable materials and practices and allowing wheelchair access throughout the outside area of the site. Available all year, the house provides a fully equipped open plan kitchen/dining/living area with heating and energy efficient fireplace for the winter as well as cooling and ceiling fans for the summer months. Just outside the town limits the property is a short drive to the main shopping area as well as the beach while being far enough away to provide a peaceful retreat for those necessary moments of tranquility. Karpo is all on one level with special thought given to the design for wheelchair accessibility.

The Rooms
There are two bedrooms one master with double bed and ensuite bathroom , the second with two twin beds. A central bathroom is accessible for all. Each room opens directly to the outdoor area which also features a veranda and plunge pool. A central living room includes a fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining and living area with two built in sofas that can double as twin beds. The house is designed in a minimal style in soft, natural colors that compliment the setting of the property.


The Location
Just outside the city limits the house is on a 7000m2 property with an olive grove just a 15 minute walk, 5 minute drive to the main beach of Skyros and 20 minute walk, 7 minute drive to the town square.
