Renovation winter 2019! This beautiful home is one of the most picturesque houses in the old town of Skopelos. Situated in a pedestrianized street in a very quiet area, it is still only a few minutjes of the port area.

The entrance opens onto the very well equipped kitchen. Behind the kitchen is a sitting and dining area, with the original fireplace. There is also a CD player and a library. Behind situated modern compact bathroom with shower and toilet.

The beautiful wooden staircase takes you inside the very cozy bedroom with a high (4 to 5 meters) ceiling. There is air conditioning and a silent fan above the bed. The double bed was firm and very comfortable (2 beds 90x 200cm) The property is decorated with taste and everything is maintained to perfection.

From the bedroom brings a staircase up to the roof fantastiche. It has a breathtaking view of the ocean, the harbor, the village and the mountains. There is a BBQ, a summer kitchen, a pergola provides shade over a part of the terrace, there are tables, chairs and sun beds. Here one does not want to leave!

During your stay at this vacation home, you're just a quick walk from Museum of Photography. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the vacation home.

The sun terrace and view, Wow!!

The property, is designed and maintained to an extremely high standard and has a fantastic sun terrace with an awesome view of the town and bay. The owner was very friendly and the information provided about the property and tips for surrounding events were very in depth and helpful. Was quite simply a lovely place to stay!! The route to the property is quite steep and there are a number of steps on the way, just something to be aware of before booking but certainly didn't cause us a problem.

A very beautiful house in the heart of charming village of Chora. Peaceful atmosphere and perfect for relax. The view from the terrace is amazing! Everything is close: restaurants, bars, market, bus station to the beaches. Well, if you looking for relaxing holiday do not hesitate, choose this house!
