The apartment is located 10 minutes on foot to the strict center in Skopje. Near the apartment there are Ramstore Mall and a bus stop. This apartment is 35m2, in the common area there is a large double bed and sofa bed. Has AC, brand new kitchen, living room with LCD screen, one balcony and one bathroom. It is located on a quiet street near the center of Skopje. You won't have to spend a minute in public transport! All the import places in the city are within a 10 min walk.

The space: New apartment with marble floor, 35m2 apartment in a great location in the central city area, 10 minutes walk to the center. The studio has a dinning table, fully equipped kitchen, double bed and sofa.
The apartment has a hairdryer, toaster, coffee shaker, air conditioning and LCD TV, cable TV and fast and stable Wi-Fi internet.
All the necessary towels and bedding are always provided fresh, clean and disinfected.

Guest access: The guest will be alone in the apartment, and can use everything in the apartment. We will provide you with clean, fresh and disinfected towels and bedding.
The apartment will be in perfectly clean condition when you arrive, and for a longer stay we will clean it in agreement with you, normally every 5 days FREE OF CHARGE.

Other things to note: If necessary, we can provide free parking space for your car.
A taxi driver can take you from the airport for 15 euros.
The entrance to the apartment is with a smart lock, you get a password for the first entrance, then in apartment you will have RFID cards for entering the building and a special card for entering the apartment.

This apartment offers its guests laundry facilities, express check-in, and express check-out. The front desk is open around the clock.
