Easy check in as everything was printed and ready. Room was clean. Hotel does smell a bit from cigarettes and my room had some cigarette burns on the tub. But otherwise everything was great. Friendly staff.

Booked a 2 queen room but it smelled like cigarette smoke that they tried to cover up with steam cleaning maybe? Gross either way. So they ‘upgrade’ us to the executive suite which is 1 Queen and a pullout couch, as there was no more two bed rooms available. I asked for bedding for the pullout and got only sheets. Asked for a blanket and I got sheets for a cot mattress cover. Asked for a blanket again and we got the sheet to cover the actual blanket but no blanket again. Gave up at this point and used the sheets in hopes we would be ok. It was a chilly night on the pullout bed. TV would not play anything except sports on one channel. Front desk tried to help with this but not properly trained to actually help so we made do without. Very disappointing stay for the price.

The room heater did not work. The room was chilly. The hotel offered to change our room but they only had a room with 1 bed. That doesn’t work for 4 people. We slept with hoodies and sweats pants to stay warm. They said they can’t fix it until the next day. Let’s see if they offer a discounted rate.
