Very convenient for the airport. Our room and bathroom were both good. The bed was comfortable. My only gripe is that there aren’t any keys or keycards. The room entry is by a long number code on a door entry system. Unfortunately it beeps every time a key is pressed. I took a while to get to sleep because you could hear other people entering their rooms at all hours.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. After spending a night in your facility, I woke up the next morning with red rashes all over my body. I later discovered that I had contracted chickenpox, which, according to my doctor, likely resulted from unhygienic conditions in the room and bathroom. The state of cleanliness was clearly below acceptable health and safety standards, and this has caused me serious physical suffering, emotional stress, and financial losses due to medical costs and time off work. To make matters worse, I was charged £15 per night for parking, which felt like adding insult to injury given the overall poor experience. Additionally, your staff’s behavior was unprofessional—knocking on our door even before the 12 PM checkout time, rushing us out with no courtesy or compassion. I have already submitted an initial complaint and received a generic apology. However, a simple “sorry” does not resolve the significant issues I experienced. Who is going to compensate me for: • The medical treatment I now require? • The physical and emotional distress I’ve endured? • The financial losses resulting from missed work and additional expenses? I am requesting a full investigation, a written explanation, and appropriate compensation for the damages and suffering caused. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 14 days, I will be forced to escalate this issue to relevant consumer protection

The location was ideal for my one-night stay before the rest of my group arrived the next day. The room was great—there were three of us, but it could easily accommodate four to five people if needed. Don’t hesitate—just book it! Only a 13-minute drive from the airport. There are definitely a few nice spots to eat within walking distance. 4 that are around the location.

We recently stayed at the B&B Hotel London Heathrow Airport and overall had a pleasant experience with a minor hiccup. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute ride on a local bus from Terminal 5 (you can also use the HotelHoppa service from bus stations 17 or 18 at the same terminal). This made getting to and from the airport very straightforward. Check-in was easy — you can use the self-service kiosks or go through reception. The hotel itself has been nicely renovated with fresh paint and a clean, modern feel. We booked a room with twin double beds, as the standard French double was too small for us. The beds were comfortable and supportive, perfect for a good night's rest before or after a flight. However, not everything was smooth. Our initial room had non-functional air conditioning and no fan control. Reception at first insisted the A/C was centrally controlled and refused to move us. Only after we pushed for a room change were we given one with working air conditioning. If you're staying in warmer months, it's worth checking this when you arrive. The paid hot breakfast was very good — a generous and varied selection that exceeded our expectations. There's also a short-order kitchen available at the hotel, though the menu is fairly limited. In terms of nearby dining, there's an Italian restaurant just a 2-minute walk away, and directly across from the hotel is a Thai pub, offering additional options if you don't want to eat in. Overall a very good stay.

Amazing find for the cost and location. 10 min drive from heathrow and other residing areas that are nice to visit in the afternoons. We drove to windsor castle which was 15 mins and that was lovely to walk around and grab some food. The hotel itself is clean, modern and very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend if you’re travelling or looking for a cheap escape for a couple nights.
