The room was clean. I enjoyed the deep bathtub. The bed was in my favorite firmness. A refrigerator would be nice amenity to have since I had dinner in my room. Overall, very pleasant experience.

Easy to find, easy parking, easy check-in, comfortable room. Less than 10 minutes drive from Terminal 5. Very good value to save getting up at 3am to drive from Somerset.

Check in staff were friendly and accommodating. Check in process was smooth and efficient. Room was clean and tidy as well spacious and comfortable. Only gripe was no iron in the room. Housekeeping did however bring one up promptly on request. A great stay regardless!
