Welcome to your lakeside retreat! This bright, spacious 1-bedroom basement suite with private entrance is located in a subdivision on Lake Kathlyn offering easy access to the lake, which is just a 2 minute walk away. Enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding in the warmer months, and cross-country skiing and skating in the winter.

This spacious 1,350 sq. ft. basement suite offers comfort and style with a king-size bed and large walk-in closet in the bedroom. The living room features a pullout sofa bed, TV, and fireplace. You’ll enjoy a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker with pods, and Starbucks creamer on hand. There’s also a dining area with seating for four and a full bathroom with tub and shower. A laundry room shared with your hosts is available for your use. Outside, relax on the deck with beautiful mountain views. There is also a BBQ with propane for your use.

We are a family of four with a dog living upstairs and though very respectful of our guests, you may hear our family noise on occasion.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Garbage and recycling to be disposed of in green (garbage) and blue (recycling) bins located outside.
Please leave used towels in the bathtub.
Dog poo must be picked up and disposed of in a plastic bag and placed in green garbage bin outside.
