Adorable hotel. Very clean. Friendly staff. Surrounded by many hotels, with restaurants and a movie theatre within walking distance. Pet friendly. There was a refrigerator in the room but no microwave. Comfortable beds and soft pillows. Good free breakfast. Pet friendly.

Only disappointment was the body wash container in the shower was completely empty. Sucks to find when you’re in the middle of taking a shower! One other thing, I don’t know if I was near a mechanical room, but there was a constant noise of a fan or motor that prevented me having a good nights sleep!

Check in was fine. Waited a few minutes for our room. Room was mostly clean, however I am not confident the linens had actually been changed. There was an obvious stain on the duvet cover, hair on the fitted sheet and some other stain. The people above us were absolutely rude and loud. We called the front desk multiple times and they still sounded like they were coming through the floor. We had 2 children with us and couldn’t sleep due to noise. Pool was pointless because it was so cold, we couldn’t get in. We would not stay here again.
