Welcome to Number 31, your ideal beachside retreat just a short stroll from the popular Smiths Beach on Phillip Island.
This self-contained beach house offers year-round comfort with reverse cycle heating and cooling in every room, and free Wi-Fi to keep you connected throughout your stay.
You’ll love the top-level main living area, designed for relaxation and enjoyment. The open-plan space combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen, all bathed in natural light thanks to the large windows that frame stunning water views. Unwind on the comfortable sofa while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen smart TV, or enjoy your music through the Bluetooth sound bar.
Step outside through the wide sliding doors to the spacious deck, which features an undercover alfresco area perfect for entertaining. With a central dining table for 12, a gas BBQ, and an electric flat grill, you’re set for memorable summer BBQs. The well-equipped kitchen includes electric cooking, a dishwasher, a microwave, and plenty of salad bowls and platters.
You’ll find the King Room on this level, complete with a king bed, modern ensuite with double sinks, a flat-screen TV, and a reading chair. Sliding doors open directly onto the deck, where you can enjoy beautiful water views.
A second bathroom upstairs offers a luxurious bath, a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The main deck also provides stunning views across to Express Point, the hills towards Sutherland Bay, and the surf at Smiths Beach.
On the ground floor, the Hide Away Room features a queen bed, flat-screen TV, modern ensuite, and a cozy seating area. The Malibu Suite is also located on this level, offering a self-contained retreat with its own kitchenette, sitting area with sofas, TV, and Bluetooth sound bar. With a retro vibe and a double bed, this suite has direct access to the lower deck and can be closed off for privacy. The suite’s kitchenette includes a microwave, hotplate, sink, and toaster.
The Bunk Room, situated down a few internal steps, is a perfect space for kids, featuring three sets of bunk beds, a TV monitor for Play Station 2 games, and a collection of board games. The area can be closed off with sliding bi-fold doors to create a fun and relaxed retreat.
Enjoy the lower deck’s outdoor furniture and additional decking down a connecting platform. There’s also a fire pit in the gravel area off the ground floor decks, ideal for cozy evenings. Plenty of room in the backyard for your beautiful furry friends.
The fully fenced back garden offers plenty of space, and there is ample off-street parking for your convenience. An outdoor shower is available towards the rear of the driveway, and the laundry is located in a large covered garage area, equipped with a washing machine, trough, iron, and ironing board.
