Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This cheerful and spacious three-bedroom holiday home is just metres from the iconic Smiths Beach shop and only a two minute stroll to the stunning Smiths Beach, making it an ideal choice for families seeking a relaxing coastal escape.
The open-plan living area invites you to unwind and enjoy the soothing ocean breeze. With a front and rear deck, a large backyard, and a well-equipped kitchen, this property offers plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher, while the laundry includes a washing machine for your convenience. Outdoors, you'll find a BBQ for alfresco dining and an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach. Stay connected with Wi-Fi and enjoy ample parking space for up to three cars.
The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests: the master bedroom features a queen bed, the second bedroom has a triple bunk bed, and the third bedroom includes a single bed and a bunk bed. The large family bathroom is perfect for everyone to freshen up after a day of fun in the sun.
After a day on the beach, grab lunch or a coffee at the local shop, or challenge the family to a game of cricket in the spacious backyard. Conveniently located near the Grand Prix circuit and just a short drive to the main town of Cowes and the famous Penguin Parade, this property is perfectly positioned for both relaxation and adventure.
*Please note that linen is NOT included when booking this property* Guests are required to bring their own sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Bathmats and tea towels.
Alternatively, a link to a local linen hire company will be provided with your booking confirmation.
