For your next getaway, enjoy Follow The Sun at Smiths Lake. Nestled high on a serene, slow street you will have the space and everything you need to have a joyful holiday. Watch the sun rise over the mountains and dance across the ocean line behind the huge gum leaves, while listening to the kookaburras laugh to greet the day. You will hear the roar of the waves at Sandbar beach and enjoy a sea breeze. Morning sun drenches the balcony and living room, which makes either the ideal place to read and/or enjoy breakfast. Kookaburras may to give their compliments to the chef.

To catch more of the sun’s rays, go to the backyard to enjoy some time resting amongst the private, fully enclosed pet friendly backyard lined with tall palms and gum trees. There are 3 sun filled bedrooms on the top story all with a view of the mountains, skyline, trees and glimpses of the ocean during the day and star constellations at night.

The expansive master bedroom, features a king size bed and ensuite. Room 2 has two single beds. Room 3 has a double bed. Both these rooms have access to the main bathroom, which features a spa bath. The shower is over the spa bath.

The kitchen is set up to please the expedient cook, as well as the happy chef. There are 2x air fryers, a blender, Ziggy BBQ and all the pots, pans and platters needed to whip up an easy bite to eat, or a feast. There is also a second large fridge and freezer in the garage. Enjoy a coffee brewed using the Nespresso machine (uses Vertuo pods - some provided).

The lower lever offers a 4th bedroom space, with its own bathroom and queen bed. The cream couch can be turned into a double bed (linen provided in cupboard under stairs) - best suited for 2 children or smaller adults. This light filled second living area is the perfect place to read one of the provided books in the recliner, or enjoy a hot beverage with its own kettle and toaster (stored right hand side of TV unit) while watching TV on the couch. There is also plenty of room for the exercise mat if you wanted to do some stretching or use the table to try your hand at the provided games or puzzles.

The strip mall (750m) just 1 minute away offers you everything you need: a cafe to enjoy coffee and delicious slow cooked food (option to takeaway), a bakery (warning pies and bread will sell out by lunchtime - yes, they are that good!) a general store for all essentials, a quality butchers and boutique bottle shop. Or try Frothy Coffee’s delights down by the water’s edge (2km 4 mins). Down the road is the local bowling club (850m 1 min) which is a great place to enjoy a cold beverage, a hot meal and even a roll up. There is a courtesy bus you can book free for transport after 4pm.

For those wanting to enjoy still waters instead of the open ocean, Smiths Lake is the number one choice in the Pacific Palms area. Shrouded by a lush littoral forest and neatly separated from the sea by Sandbar Beach, this is a family favourite for those eager to enjoy a spot of water-skiing, boating, paddling or windsurfing (the open lake waters making for a windsurfers dream!). With an impressive catchment area spanning 32 square kilometres and waterways of 11 square kilometres you can enjoy all the benefits of this unique, tucked-away calm waterway. However, should you feel a pull for the waves, the picturesque Cellito Beach can be accessed via a boardwalk at the northern end of Sandbar Beach.
