My Friend's Place is just that, a place to kick back and relax on lake time with your family or friends on Center Hill. This new luxury lake home is located at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac and less than one mile from Fishlipz Resort and Marina at Pates Ford. Bring your boat or rent one from the marina, and enjoy one of the most beautiful lakes in Tennessee.

Kick back and relax in this luxury lake home. This beautiful new home provides more than just a comfortable place to rest, it is located at the end of a peaceful cul de sac, so you will have everything you need to enjoy some quiet time with friends or family at the lake. You will be less than one mile from Fishlipz Resort and Marina at Pates Ford so bring your boat, or rent one from the marina, and enjoy one of the most beautiful lakes in Tennessee.

This home offers three floors of bright, open-concept space, with plenty of room for gatherings. The main floor has a chef's kitchen with everything you need to prepare your own meals at home. There is a dining table with seating for six as well as four barstools for additional seating. There is also a gas grill and dining table on the main level deck for your Summer barbeques. The living space on this level has a queen sleeper sofa.

The upper floor has two master suites with ensuite bathrooms and a beautiful deck that overlooks the lake to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the amazing sunsets!

On the basement level, you will find the third bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom. A dedicated workspace for two with high-speed fiber internet and a printer is located here as well. After the work is done, enjoy another gathering area with a large tv and plenty of board games, or mix up your favorite beverage at the wet bar, which comes equipped with a beverage cooler and ice maker. Take advantage of the walk-out patio, and enjoy the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, while soaking in the hot tub.

Upon check out please do the following: 1. Place dirty towels in the showers 2. Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and turn on 3. Remove any disposable items from refrigerator
4. Place all trash in outside garbage bin 5. Turn off all lights 6. Replace cover on hot tub if used 7. All items should be returned to their original place
