Overall was just like described on line. The ocean view was fantastic. The walkway ramp was the bomb! Only a few thoughts for improvement were given to the owners for future rentals (personal preferences).Great Stay! Reminders: no TV in 2nd bedroom and coffee machine is a single serve Keurig.

The check in was a bit confusing. There wasn’t people at a gate or at entrance to give us a parking pass, and when we asked at main lobby they said to check in our room. It also wasn’t there. Long story short we ended up communicating with Vrbo host and they got us one thru HOA office. I did hear this happening with several other guests. Our main issue here was the ac wasn’t working properly. We did notify the host. It only cooled to around 73 our entire stay. It made for a muggy 3 days. They did say they were going to send a repairman out after our stay. And one last thing, upon leaving we loaded our car and I went back to return the parking pass to room. At this time our room code already didn’t work. Granted we were leaving but we still had 3 hours until we had to officially check out, I’ve never given a negative review of a place but this by far wasn’t our best experience. St. Regis and the host need to do some better.

Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet relaxing location with great view! Plenty of amenities in the kitchen! Few tiny suggestions made with receptive response from owner (fixing blinds, light bulb, and a door handle) Positive overall rating - would gladly stay again!

Wonderful condo, so well equipped. Owners are so responsive and helpful, couldn’t ask for anything more from them. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this place to anyone. Great resort, great pools, great facilities. Highly recommend.

First Time on the Atlantic Coast

This was our first trip to the Atlantic Coast. The condo was great! It had everything we needed and the complex is excellent as well. Had a little issue with the keypad lock when we arrived, but the owners were very responsive and took care of it quickly!

Had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very clean, comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, and a great view. Owners were very nice and quick to respond to any questions. In addition to the condo, we loved St Regis overall as it’s very convenient with 2 restaurants, ice cream and coffee shop, very nice outdoor pool and a covered pool, and nice walkways to the beach including a ramp. The combination made a perfect stay. Definitely will stay here again in our next visit to Topsail.
