As you enter this condo through the entrance foyer you will quickly notice the bright and fresh look with a tropical theme décor. It will immediately transform your mind and spirit into the vacation mode. The unit has hardwood flooring throughout the main living area with carpet in the bedrooms and tiled bath floors.

The living room is very spacious as is equipped with a sleeper sofa, love seat, coffee table, end tables and lamps, comfortable arm chairs, ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV. WiFi is also provided throughout the property. The living room also provides direct access out to the oceanside covered balcony where you will find comfortable seating while enjoying the ocean and the Intracoastal views.

The kitchen is spacious and is equipped with everything needed for basic meal preparations including all required major and small countertop appliances. The major appliances include a refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, smooth top range/oven combination, dishwasher and built-in microwave. The small countertop appliances include a coffee pot, toaster and blender.

The dining area is all open and adjoins the kitchen and living area. The dining table will seat 8 and the adjacent kitchen bar area will seat 3 others.

Bedroom 1 (the master) is equipped with a queen bed, dresser, night stands and lamps, wall art, swivel rocker and a flatscreen TV. This bedroom has its own full private bath with a stand-up shower. This room also provides direct access out to the covered oceanside balcony.

Bedroom 2 is just across the hallway from the master and is equipped with a queen bed, night stands and lamps, wall art and a closet. Just outside the bedroom door is a full bath with tub and shower combination which would serve the occupants of bedroom 2.

Bedroom 3 doubles as a sitting area which is equipped with a daybed with roll out trundle (2 twins) and a queen sleeper sofa. This room will sleep 4 and it is equipped with its own full private bath with tub and shower combination. This room is also equipped with a coffee table, end tables and lamps, swivel rocker, dresser and a flatscreen TV. This is a great spot for the kids to hang out.

This room also houses the laundry area which is equipped with a washer and dryer.

The Villa Capriani complex offers WiFi throughout, tennis courts, several pools, a hot tub (outside in courtyard), a restaurant and lounge. This is a great spot to spend your much needed vacation and with all the on-site amenities you will not have to leave the resort.

This property comes with a free linen package for weekly rentals ONLY, which includes: bed sheets, pillow cases, towels, wash clothes, bath mats, and kitchen towel sets. Any stay less than a week the linens will be a guest charge to be added to the reservation cost.

Check-in will be in person at the Coastline Realty rental office which is located at 965 Old Folkstone Rd. Suite 108 Sneads Ferry, NC 28460. ID’s will be required at check-in and must match the name on the reservation contract. At check-in, guest will be given a CHECK-IN PACKET that will include: WiFi information, keys or key code whichever applies, parking passes, pool passes (if required), any additional house rules if applicable, directions to property, emergency contact information, things to do info sheet, and check-out procedures. PLEASE DO NOT GO DIRECTLY TO THE PROPERTY BEFORE CHECK-IN AS IT WILL ONLY DELAY THE PROCESS FOR YOU. IF HOUSEKEEPERS OR INSPECTORS SEE CARS IN THE DRIVEWAY, THEY WILL MOVE ON TO THE NEXT HOUSE AND YOU MAY MISS YOUR EARLY ROTATION WITH CLEANING/INSPECTING.

FOR LATE ARRIVAL CHECK-IN YOU WILL NEED TO CALL THE OFFICE (910-327-7711) BEFORE NOON ON YOUR CHECK-IN DAY TO RECEIVE AFTER HOURS CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS. PLEASE BE PREPARED TO FORWARD A DIGITAL COPY OF YOUR PHOTO ID (NAME MATCHING THE RESERVATION) TO THE OFFICE.
