North Topsail Beach is a naturally beautiful and laid-back region of the state. Still, the condo hosts a number of amenities including an outdoor pool & cabana, onsite bar, restaurants, and other recreational areas such as putting greens, and grilling areas. This beautiful newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is your ideal beach destination. With stunning ocean views, golf club nearby, and wonderful food! Just sit back and enjoy your spectacular beach vacation!
This updated condo is the perfect place to call home during your beach vacation! The main living areas feature an open concept layout. There's plenty of seating for your group between the living room and dining area. The kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops, subway tile back splash, and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with the essentials that you'd need to enjoy a meal in during your stay, and is open to the living areas so you don't have to feel closed off from everyone else. The primary suite has a comfortable king size bed with it's own bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen and twin bed.

The best feature of this unit is the balcony with ocean views! It's the best spot to start your day with a coffee while enjoying the relaxing view and sea breeze.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and community areas including; pool, putting green, and grilling area. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the condo.

We provide a parking pass for one car in the lot located at the condo complex.

Awesome place

My family and I have been going to St Regis for 15 years and we always love it there. We had never stayed in this particular unit before, but found it to be very modern and beautiful. The host was very nice and easy to contact and checked on us more than once.

We really enjoyed our stay at Barefoot Bungalow. It is in a great location along the shore, and close to Camp LeJuene. The condo was clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities and supplies. The communication with the owners was excellent, especially when I made a mistake with my reservation. They were extremely helpful and understanding! Some great restaurants nearby, including Ocean's Edge and the Aaarrr Pirate Bar and Grill. We would definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Host!

My spouse and I stayed at Jody’s Barefoot Bungalow for a long weekend due to attending a wedding in Topsail. Jody provided great details around the property making check-in and check-out super easy. She also provided suggestions for things to do which we loved given we had never been to the area before. The place was just as described on the website with a great view of the pool and beach. Not to mention, the beds were very comfortable which is always a hit or miss with rentals. We appreciated the amenities the condo offered with the nice upgraded kitchen and bathrooms. 10/10 recommend staying at this property and working with Jody as a host! Thanks again Jody and Hit the Sak!
