An exceptional stay awaits you at this beautiful, completely renovated top-to-bottom oceanfront home with private beach access! Interior highlights include huge windows for breathtaking ocean views, a custom kitchen with a wine fridge, vaulted ceilings, and skylights for an open, airy feeling. Renovated with the highest quality materials like coastal shiplap ceilings, marble bathrooms, granite countertops, and TREX decking on all levels. The open-concept living room, kitchen, dining area, and top-floor primary bedroom are all located on the third level with floor-to-ceiling and picture windows with incredible, unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean (and a skylight with a motorized shade in the primary bedroom for stargazing). The second-floor primary bedroom also has amazing views of the ocean, while the other two second-floor bedrooms have great views of the Intercoastal Waterway. There are amazing views from every single room of the house!
Come relax on the rocking chairs, stroll on the beach, and play in the waves. This home has keyless entry and offers high-speed internet, smart Roku-enabled TVs in every room, and a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the private community dock for kayak launching and the outdoor shower for easy clean-up.
