Located just a short walk from the ocean, this charming, sunlit cottage is ideal for a family vacation or couples retreat here on Topsail Island! Set midway between Wilmington and Jacksonville, you and your guests will enjoy easy access to fine dining, shopping, sea kayaking, fishing, and world-class golf. This property is also just steps away from the space that hosts the annual Ocean City Jazz Fest, for those making the trip out for that.
This cottage features a full kitchen that comes with everything but the dishwasher to help you whip up all your favorite dishes at home. Gather around the nearby dining table for mealtimes or family game nights or head to your furnished and shaded patio for a perfect alfresco experience. After fun-filled beach days, return home, sink into the matching sofas in the living area, and stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. A furnished sunroom at the front of the home offers an additional space for morning coffee or afternoon reads.
