Ground Floor:
Enjoy the game room that offers a variety of indoor games and entertainment options, including Foosball, Ping-Pong, and Pool. Guests can enjoy these activities within the game room, which is conveniently located on the same floor as the garages and private pool.

The private pool area with a luxurious ambiance and various amenities for guests to enjoy. The pool area offers comfortable lounge chairs where guests can relax and soak up the sun. There is an outdoor grill available, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor cooking and dining. While relaxing, Check out the putting green. It provides a fun and recreational activity for guests who enjoy golf. The yard surrounding the pool area is fully fenced-in, ensuring privacy and security for guests. Main Living Floor:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking and dining utensils for guests to prepare and enjoy meals. The dining area or breakfast bar can accommodate up to 20 guests, providing ample seating for meals or snacks. (The fireplace is not available for guest use)
The main living area includes two bedrooms, one queen and two twins, allowing guests to have a comfortable and private sleeping space. The queen bedroom has an attached ensuite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. In addition to the ensuite bathroom, there is also a half bathroom available for guests to use.

The main living floor of the property features an outdoor deck area where guests can enjoy the fresh air and outdoor ambiance. The deck is furnished with outdoor seating, providing a comfortable space for relaxation and enjoyment. Guests have access to a private hot tub on the outdoor deck, allowing you to unwind and relax.

Second Floor:
Two of the bedrooms on the second floor are located on the streetside of the property. One of the streetside bedrooms includes a queen-size bed and a twin bed, along with an ensuite bathroom attached for added convenience and privacy. Another streetside bedroom features a twin bunk bed and a pyramid bunk bed (twin bed over a full bed), along with an ensuite bathroom.

The washer and dryer are located in the hallway of the property.

The two oceanfront bedrooms provide beautiful views of the beach. These rooms offer a luxurious experience with king-size beds, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable and spacious sleeping arrangement. Additionally, each of these oceanfront bedrooms has its own master bathroom, providing privacy and convenience for guests.

Top Floor Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom on the top floor offers a comfortable king-size bed for guests to enjoy a restful sleep. Guests can take advantage of beautiful views from both the master bedroom, ensuite bathroom and the sitting room, providing a scenic and relaxing atmosphere. The top floor master bedroom includes a private deck with oceanfront views. There is also a dedicated office deck available, providing a separate space for remote working or studying. The master ensuite bathroom offers a jacuzzi tub and a walk-in shower.
