Please note that in booking our property that you agree to:

-No parties or events inside or on the property. Violation of this will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

-No smoking, no vaping inside or on patios.

-No pets or ESAs, no exceptions.

-Show respect to the community. Keep the noise level after 10PM at a minimum.

-This is a no shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry.

-Leaving the property in a reasonably clean condition, including removal of trash to bins at end of driveway.

-Report any damage from your stay immediately.

-A minimum $300 fee will be charged if house rules are not followed and a claim will be filed with Airbnb.

-If a service technician is called as a result of not following the basic instructions a $500 service fee will be assessed to the guest.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock Up ALL Exterior Doors ( Reminder to Check Main level ground floor and sliding doors on 2nd and 3rd floor )
Ensure All Appliances are OFF Sign Out of Smart Apps & Turn Off TV's
Clean & Cover Grill Put Trash in Can, Leave Trash Can at End of Driveway (Wednesday Pick up Early AM)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
