Be among the first to rent this brand-new oceanfront beach house completed in 2024. This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home is professionally decorated with coastal charm, porcelain tile flooring throughout, craftsman finishes, shiplap walls and a fireplace wall with an electric fireplace. The reverse floor plan with a vaulted living, dining and kitchen area provides an open floor plan great for entertaining and capturing the sweeping ocean and sound views. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen is perfect for the family chef or hired personal chef (can be arranged by contacting your host), center island with additional seating and pantry will meet all your dining and entertaining needs. The Primary King suite is located on this floor with a sliding door leading to the expansive deck and an en-suite featuring tiled shower with removable shower head and double bowl marble vanity.

All 4 bedrooms are oceanfront and have sliding glass doors to large decks and private access to the beach. Every guest gets the glorious sunrise, best ocean and beach views and sea breezes. The front porch provides seating and the opportunity to capture the gorgeous sound and intracoastal views and breathtaking sunsets.

The private, oversized sun deck and gazebo built at the dune are the signature crown jewel of this property and provide direct private access to the beach and hot and cold-water foot wash and shower head to rinse off the day’s sand. Guests can enjoy sunbathing, relaxing or entertaining on the large deck or escaping the sun under the covered gazebo and enjoy watching the beach goers or having meals or snacks at the picnic table. The sun deck and gazebo are accessible from all levels of the house.

This home sleeps 16 and has 3 King oceanfront bedrooms with attached bathrooms, and an oceanfront bedroom with 1 single bunk bed, 1 double bunk bed and 1 double trundle and a sleeper sofa in the living room. In addition to the sun deck and gazebo, the decks off the bedrooms, living, and dining room provide a picnic table, Adirondack chairs, loungers, and a swing. Five smart flat-screen TV's, access to guests streaming services and high-speed internet, full-size washer and dryer and an electric fireplace allows guests to enjoy the warmth in the mild winters when surf fishing and dolphin watching can be at its best or without heat for year-round ambiance.

Underneath parking, wet weather entry and an enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water makes escaping any inclement weather a breeze or enjoying a private outdoor changing area and shower.

We’ve been vacationing at Topsail for over 20 years and this house is the best all round house that we’ve stayed at in all those years. From the host who communicated quickly and cordially to the cleanliness and updated accessories and furniture to the beautiful view from the back deck. I can’t say enough about the quality of this house and our host. We plan to look for her properties every year from this point going forward.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the house! Both the house and the location are spot on. The house is clean and well taken care of, and the location on the beach was fun for the whole family. There were walks, playing in the ocean, and enjoying the outside decks and furniture. We would definitely return for a visit in the future!

I could list so many amazing things about this home! Coming from someone who is a super clean freak I found this home to be very clean! It is decorated beautifully and had everything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The view of the ocean is perfect! Do yourself a favor and book it!

A property that makes you feel at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were able to do exactly as we planned…wake up and go to the beach on repeat. Each bedroom faces the beach which is nice. We fit 7 people very comfortably. The host Susan is very responsive, helpful, and thoughtful. She knows what she’s doing. Location was great for adults, older kids wanted more activities but honestly, that’s not what the adults went there for so location to us was perfect. The beach was private and clean. Easy walk to the pier. Shark tooth and shell hunting was fun. It really was the perfect place to feel like a home away from home in a small beach town. If we decide to go back to Topsail, we will definitely look forward to staying at this property again. It can easily be a repeat beach house for tradition.

Great house in North Topsail

The communication was timely and friendly. House was clean and well equipped, we enjoyed the supplies provided to start off our stay. The pavilion area and picnic tables came in handy with little ones. The swing was fun and outdoor furniture were well used.

Nice new house

Very clean and well equipped. We only had 6 adults so there was plenty of room. Beach access was great and we found lots of shells and shark teeth on the beach. Equipped with all necessary kitchen items and small vacuum to keep sand picked up.

Fantastic location! The house was exceptionally clean and kitchen was adequately equipped. We enjoyed eating lunch under the gazebo and sitting in the captain's chairs in the morning and evening. We would definitely stay here again!
