Great location, provided excellent views of beach, sunsets, and especially sunrises. Amenities provided were very helpful. Needs the paint refreshed, but, I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful, relaxing week and the house was everything it stated! They had all the amenities you would need for dogs to wee ones to adults. Very clean and comfortable. The location was great...with views of the marsh, the inlet and the ocean. Unique!. Easy path to the beach. We would book again!

Fantastic House

The house had absolutely everything you can imagine - toys for all ages, a wonderful outside shower, fully stocked kitchen, a lot of seating- both indoor and out. The ocean view sold me on this house and it didn’t disappoint. We could walk out on the beach and still see family members from inside. We even saw dolphins playing in the water one evening. Hope to visit again!

The views from every window is amazing! There are a lot of stairs, but we thought it was well worth it. Very quiet location. House was well stocked and clean, we enjoyed every second!!

Wonderful panoramic view!

Family Beach Vacation

Great family vacation at Point of View. Beautiful views, easy access to a semi-private beach, great facility and well equipped for family with small children and our dog. Topped off by great weather. Thanks for a great week.

Beautiful location

Sunrises were fabulous, house was clean and well stocked! We didn't know that the house was next to a beach access and thought it would be noisy, but it was very quiet and there was a consistent police presence. The house was beautifully decorated and steps to the beach. It was a wonderful week with our Marine son and his wife!

Absolute perfection!

We stayed here for a few days this December as a quick getaway to get away from the holiday stress. This property was exactly what we needed. The house was clean and warm and cozy. So many special touches like toiletries provided and extra cozy blankets around the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook every meal! Lots of games and puzzles, child items and toys and even dog items! During the winter season, this is a fairly private area and the views are just unreal! Our dogs had so much fun running on the beach. We saw dolphins and found lots of cool shells. Beds were comfortable and the setup of the rooms and bathrooms is great. We loved our stay and hope to be back!

Enjoyed our stay

The property needs a little TLC as well as a good cleaning. When we arrived, the master bath toilet and the floors hadn't been cleaned. The bath mat in the master was soaked with dog urine and smelled terrible. The couch abd floors were covered in dog hairs and dirt. Thank goodness, the property manager, Jessica, was kind enough to get the cleaners to come back the next day to do mop the floors and sprayed febreeze to kill the odor. The floors were so filthy we had to put down a sheet for our little ones to crawl around and play. Outside of that, the master window was leaking, the trims and baseboards throughout the house is coming apart and the windows in the kitchen and dining room are broken. This house is absolutely on the perfect location but, just needs some TLC and a better cleaning team. Other than that, we loved our stay and we greatly appreciated the vacasa team for all their help.

Everything we hoped for

Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. After the weekend crowd left the beach had just enough people you didnt feel alone but certainly not crowded. A great view feom eveey level of the house. Porches and balconies could use some attentjon but still very safe.
