The kitchen features granite countertops, blue tile backsplash, a microwave, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator with icemaker. Dine at a table next to bay windows that seats up to 10 people and enjoy the best table in the house every night. The hand painted cupboard and mirror add a personalized, homey touch. Christmas Gathering

My family met at the property for Christmas. We do this every year and typically have to bring half of our kitchen to prepare the meal. The kitchen at this property was so well stocked we didn’t have to unpack any of our utensils, paper plates, etc. we had a lovely stay and enjoyed our proximity to the beach.

Over the Dune-Topsail Beach-BUST

I had a link to shows some photos of the condition of the unit- I stopped taking photos because it was on going. The unit needs a major deep clean, furniture needs cleaned, master toilet is leaking on to the floor from tank, I opened the drapes to the master deck and there is so much dust it is hanging over the top of the door trim... We had people not stay with us because of the late notice of 2 cars only from management(sleeps 10- only if you can fit 10 ppl and all your stuff in to 2 cars). The unit sleeps 10 ppl- and the 2 units across the street had 3-4 vehicles and there is extra parking on the property. Maybe lessen the number of occupants to accommodate the parking restriction. No possible way 10 ppl with 2 vehicles. Also we got locked out the first nite- We called the 800 number and I was on HOLD for 20 min outside with my family and 2yr old and 5 yrs old. My husband was on the other # and I was texting the chat line- finally someone helped us get the keys out of the lock box-35min later. The place has great views, we made great memories with the kids and grandkids that COULD stay there but overall- I will not choose a property managed by these people again and I will not recommend this unit or their services to anyone. We vacation A LOT and travel all over the country and I have NEVER experienced anything like this from vacation rental company or any other private mgt company.

Fun week

We had a nice time. Easy walk over the dune to get to and from the beach. The washer and dryer were nice but really only held a small amount. We found hundreds of sharks teeth on the beach which is our favorite pastime. Wish we had brought water shoes to wear into the ocean- had a few cuts on our feet by weeks end. But overall- we love Topsail. Have been over 10 times. Will return.

North topsail beach

Very nice place. Pretty furniture, kitchen nice appliances. Great views from all rooms. Nice to have 3 bathrooms. Close to beach access was very helpful.
