Amazing stay

This was the second time our extended, large family stayed at this property. Plenty of comfortable rooms. Well stocked kitchen supplies. Clean and well maintained with lots of room for our large family and dogs. The elevator was a bonus for our elderly mother. Fenced in yard and separately fenced pool area provided a secure, safe area for the dogs and was a great alternative from the beach. The Vacasa staff were wonderful to work with, especially with helping me collect a bag that we inadvertently overlooked when we left. Such a wonderful, caring staff. Cannot wait for the opportunity to book another stay.

Family Friendly

We loved our week at Island Girl and the pool was a nice surprise. The location is ideal and we had over 100 yards of private beach. This could have been luck but it was wonderful! We called to report a maintenance issue and it was dealt with in a timely manner. The kitchen cookware could use some upgrades. Many of the plates and mugs were chipped. The fridge was small for the house; although, we are a family who cooks a lot on vacation and had a lot of food. No pantry and small black ants were a problem all week. The house was nice and cool…almost too cool. And the air is loud. TVs in every room but they weren’t user friendly and the remotes didn’t work. We would book again for next year but don’t feel like the hike in price matches the property value.

Great Stay

This property fit all of our needs. We had 10 adults and 5 dogs. All dogs were well behaved and we made sure to clean up the yard after them. The pool was an unexpected bonus. When I booked the house in January the house did not list a pool, but when we arrived the pool was in and the back yard fenced for the dogs. It was absolutely amazing!! We had some time at the beach until it got a little too cold. So, we went back up to the house and continued our relaxing by the pool. The elevator made it very convenient and easy for my senior mother in law to get from the bottom ground floor where the pool is to the 3rd floor for her bedroom and kitchen/living room area. Also for bringing all of our food and travel bags in. Great place and experience!!!
