Highly disappointed with this condo, and all that was wrong with it. It's very outdated, broken blinds, broken sliding glass door, dirty carpet, mold on shower curtain. For the price paid, very disappointed

So many down falls (Ran out of space typing) Positives - Location and view is great! The end unit layout is nicer than the other non-end unit 3 bedrooms at St Regis. The living room is bigger and the ocean view in each room is great. Negatives: Cleanliness - There was cookies and trash under the couch when lifting the recliner seat on the end, trash to include a female sanitary napkin behind headboard of the queen bed in secondary room, trash behind the headboard of each bed, behind the dressers, the walls had thick dust and dead bugs in master bathroom, water and stains on the walls, the master bedroom had the odor of urine, bed mattresses had many body fluid stains, inside the closet by the front door was a towel found at the bottom of the floor and it was full of sand, and cleaning supplies left behind in the secondary bathroom by cleaning crew. Unit Arrangement and Broken items- VERY outdated! None of the light switch plates, electric socket plates were on straight, walls need painted and have marks, scars, holes and different colors (from old repairs I’m guessing). The towel rack in master bathroom was broken and only pushed together to hold towels until pulled on the first time and they all fell down. Secondary room closet had the racks to hang and put things on all broken off and laying on the floor in the closet. One of the light in the kitchen didn’t even have a bulb in it. The refrigerator had a broken handle. Every room with the shades was broken
