Stayed for a quick 5 day trip and it was perfect! House is brand new, has the new home smell! Beds were nice, spacing was nice, elevator worked great for our needs. 125 ft from the ocean access. Perfect trip, will probably stay here again!

Every room has a stellar view of the ocean!

The house is nicely laid out so that 5 couples - some with children and some without - can share the house and not be on top of each other. On our trip, we had a gorgeous full moon to view above the waves. Again, so nice to see the ocean no matter where you are in the house. There are plenty of dishes, glassware, and silverware. All-in-all a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay here. Decorations, bathrooms, kitchen are modern. Care and thought was taken into its remodel. None of the bedrooms have a private bath except for the 3rd floor. The others have a bath off the hallway nearby. All rooms but the 3rd floor have access to the decks.Our only complaint is the floors were dirty, there was no crock pot and the Queen bed on the 1st floor was terribly uncomfortable. Many great memories were created with family.
