Wander Topsail Beach Shores is a modern beachfront retreat where effortless luxury meets the rhythm of the ocean. This three-story home features a private outdoor pool, direct beach access, and an elevator for seamless comfort. Designed for connection and relaxation, the open living space includes a cozy fireplace, a gourmet kitchen, and expansive windows framing endless ocean views. Step outside to enjoy a barbecue on the deck or unwind by the pool. Every detail at Wander Topsail Beach Shores invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and savor the beauty of North Topsail Beach.

North Topsail Beach offers the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure for every kind of traveler. Spend your days exploring the calm waters of Stump Sound and the Permuda Island Reserve by kayak or paddleboard, or try your hand at surfing the gentle waves along the coastline. The wide, uncrowded beaches are ideal for seashell and shark tooth hunting, sunbathing, or simply enjoying breathtaking sunsets. Families can enjoy a visit to the local town park, complete with playgrounds, picnic areas, sports courts, and a fishing pier. For a unique experience, stop by the nearby Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center in Surf City to learn about sea turtle conservation and witness the magic of turtle releases during nesting season.

CONSTRUCTION
Please be advised that there are properties currently under construction nearby. At this stage, construction activity may impact your stay. This phase is expected to last approximately 14–16 months, after which noise levels should decrease as work shifts to landscaping and final touches. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

SECURITY
For security, there is a ring camera on the exterior of the front door and on the post facing the entryway at this Wander. There are no other cameras inside your Wander home.
