I got a call before check in saying I may have to check in late, so I was upset right to begin with. They ended up working through that and getting us in on time, we had some housekeeping issues, but I didn’t complain because they did make an attempt to make sure we got in on time. We’re at the beach, there’s sand everywhere including the parking area and there’s no rugs in the house nor is there an available broom-that was frustrating. Our second day there the AC started acting up, kept switching to 85 on its own-the house was smoldering, this went on for several hours, called the after hours, got a call back and said they would have someone come the next day-that didn’t happen, the same thing happened the next day. It was hot, but this was day 2 of the air going out and the house heating up at supper time. They called and said someone would be there the next day . Got a call the next day around 10:30am. Said I had to be there and they would be there after 12pm, maybe after 1pm. I called them back at 3:40pm reminding them that my family was on vacation and we had dinner plans and I had been around all “damn” day and got hung up on for cussing. It finally got fixed. The living room furniture is much to be desired!!! Not much room for everyone to sit in the living room, not comfortable, just not good! I loved the fact that we weren’t expected to clean the entire house before the housekeeper came to clean the house.The hot water is wonderful! Never ran out of water!
