This former family home can be yours to enjoy. The bright and spacious rooms are flooded with light, combined with a sense of convenient hospitality from plentiful tea, coffee, and many other conveniences. The garden is simple in design but draws you out to a fantastic sense of "escape to the country" with woodland and the North Downs beyond with plenty of bird life. Snodland is a town of modest village-like proportions, but spoilt with many advantages on your doorstep, including a train station, 16min walk away, taking an hour to London Bridge.

You have the house to yourself. The house offers a good size bedroom with a king size bed and Blackout curtains. The family sized kitchen includes a Neff double oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, Neff dishwasher, and Bosch washing machine. The lounge/diner has a newly fitted carpet, comfortable corner sofa, Sky Glass smart TV, Sky TV, Netflix, and high-speed fibre broadband. For your convenience there is parking for two cars and an easy self check-in.
The house is a mid terrace and therefore you are likely to hear neighbours in their homes and gardens. Please be respectful and we ask for no additional guests or parties, observing quiet times between 9pm and 7am.
● If you love the outdoors, watersports, walks and taking in far reaching views and lakes, you're in the right place. The lakes can be reached from multiple places, and are vast.
● Spectacular views of the area can be seen from Holly Hill - A short drive or a 55min walk from the house. Take binoculars.
● St Andrews Lake (10 mins by car) offers several watersports on a spectacular blue lake.

Snodland town centre is a safe 14min walk, all on pavements, and includes:

● Pharmacy (7 and 14 mins walk)
● Several takeaways - Indian, Chinese, kebab and Pizza outlets.
