The listing states it has air conditioning which is false. There are ceiling fans only. The place was clean and the room service very good. We enjoyed the balcony which was equipped with two chairs and a small table. Overall, our stay was comfortable. The parking for the condos is very tight. I would suggest driving a smaller vehicle to make it easier to get in and out of the parking lots.

Rooms were very clean, staff was helpful. Location is great near to Elk gondola and snowmass mall. They have free shuttle service within Snowmass. Condo was equipped with full kitchen and had facility of cable with all premium channels.
