Woodrun V, #5 is a ski-in/ski-out 4 bedroom, 6.5 bath corner townhome on Snowmass Mountain, and is conveniently located near the Snowmass Village Mall with easy access to the Village Express via Fanny Hill and the Elk Camp gondola.

The main level living area boasts large wrap around windows with ample seating that provides breathtaking views of Fanny Hill while allowing abundant natural light to fill the space. Just off the living room is the updated kitchen with granite counters, custom wood cabinets and stainless appliances. There is also comfortable seating for 6 in the breakfast nook and bar seating for 4. The dining area just off the kitchen offers seating for 8.

The additional living space offers a woodburning fireplace, flat screen TV and cozy sitting area, which is the perfect spot for relaxing after a day on the slopes.

The primary bedroom on the top level offers vaulted ceilings, a king bed, private balcony with incredible views of Snowmass, large windows, a workstation and additional seating and lots of privacy. There is also an ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi tub and separate granite shower, plus a private patio with views, granite counter dual sinks.

The guest bedroom upstairs, offers a king bed and a built in twin bed, plus a flat screen TV, views and an upgraded ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

On the ground level are 2 additional bedrooms as well as a den which is the perfect place for a 2nd family or the kids.

One of the bedrooms offers a king bed with views of the mountain and an upgraded ensuite bathroom with shower/jacuzzi tub.

The additional bedroom boasts twin bunks and a set of twin and trundle making this the perfect kids bedroom. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/jacuzzi tub.

Downstairs you will find the additional den with comfortable seating, flat screen TV and 2 additional bathrooms. Just off the den is the ski locker area where you can store your skis and boards at the end of the day as well as your gloves, hats, helmets and boots. In the morning, you can gear up, walk outside, put on your skis and head down the mountain.
