Enjoy one of the finest units at the hidden gem of Snowshoe. Completely

renovated and redecorated in Fall 2021. Have the best of both worlds with a

quite location that’s just a quick 3 or 4 minute walk to the heart of the

village or the slopes, and has the most fabulous unobstructed Western views on

the mountain from the third floor private deck with dining area and gas grill.

This unit is a 3 bed 2 bath unit that comfortably sleeps 9. Featuring a

gorgeous kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops , and

marble backsplash, an island features a large sink, custom cherry cabinets and

extra-large fridge. There’s also a handcrafted live edge walnut dry bar with

coffee maker, Kuerig, and beverage cooler.



The main bath is fully remodeled with luxury tile bath featuring an 8 jet

shower spa and rain shower. The master bath has double vanities and an

additional tub and shower.

The mud room has ample ski and board storage and a pro caliber boot/glove

dryer. There’s also an ultra large washer and dryer in the unit. Cuddle up in

front of the gas fireplace and enjoy the mountain view or the 70" 4K ultra

high definition smart TV in den. Log into your Netflix, Prime, or Disney+ or

enjoy cable TV and HBO. Cable and 42" high def smart TV’s are also in all

three bedrooms and there’s high speed wireless internet.
