Attention all Mountain Bikers - this is your 1BR condo! Conveniently located in Powderidge with an updated mud room including hanging bike storage for 2 bikes. The unit comes complete with Queen bed in the main bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The kitchen is complete with full sized amenities (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, air fryer and more)! The outside deck includes a gas grill and patio seating for 4. You won't want to miss the morning sunrise! W/D in unit! Powderidge is arguably one of the best locations only .5 miles from the village but peaceful enough to enjoy a quiet evening. In the winter, we are locate less than 200 yard from the powderidge lifts/trails. In the summer, you can easily drop on to easy street by bike or hike! Shuttle stop is just outside your door on Powderidge drive.
During your stay at this apartment building, you'll be within walking distance of Western Express Ski Lift. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a fireplace in the apartment.
