One of the few true ski in, ski out slope side townhouse condos at Snowshoe. Step out the back door to your choice of green, blue or black slopes. STEMWINDER 15 is a spacious, well maintained townhouse located at the top of the newly upgraded Powder Monkey Lift. Western territory (Cupp Run, Shay's Revenge) is just a 2 minute walk as is the bus stop for those wanting to night ski at Silver Creek. Tuque’s Bar, The Pizza Slice and the fine dining of the Appalachian Kitchen are also located at the top of the Powder Monkey Lift. The village shops and restaurants are a short 5 minute walk. Stay at STEMWINDER 15 for a real wood burning fireplace (wood provided, no extra fee), get FREE and CLOSE parking (unlike village condos). Our back door opens to the slope side deck with a gas grill. There are 3 bedrooms (2 dividable king & 2 queen bunk beds) plus 2 sleeper sofas, 2 full baths plus a half bath, sleeps 11. Full eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops. Washer and dryer in unit. STEMWINDER 15 has been family owned for over 30+ years (continually upgraded) and we strive to maintain it in top condition. Owner managed.
Please note, we love animals, but this is a pet-free rental home. No smoking. Enjoy the best ski in ski out Snowshoe has to offer, Stemwinder 15.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds that have been slept in unmade. Strip sheets off of any couch beds that were slept on. Pile used towels on bathroom floor. Be sure to close and latch any windows that were opened.
Recover grill if used. Trash dumpster is in Stemwinder parking lot.
Checkout is 10am.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We love animals but please be respectful of our pet-free policy. If housekeeping finds that there has been a pet, additional cleaning fees will apply
All trash must be removed at check out, please take all trash to the nearby dumpster.
Professionally trained and certified service dogs must be disclosed before arrival. Animals are not to be left alone in unit. $200 animal fee applies.
