Soaring Eagle Ski-in - Ski-out Condo with Hot Tubs

Perfect location! Just steps from Soaring Eagle Ski Lift, park in the heated garage, put your skis in the locker room and take your luggage cart up the elevator to your room. Nicely appointed 2 bd / 2 ba condo with fully equipped kitchen and washer / dryer in unit. Three community hot tubs year round, fire pits, ski locker room just steps from the lift, a fitness center, dry sauna, 10-Prime Steakhouse on premise, ski-shop on premise, bike racks, and more. Views! 2x King beds / 1x Queen pullout.

We are always just a message away, but you will have the privacy and flexibility of your own condo during your stay.

The condo is located at the southern end of Snowshoe Mountain Resort approximately 100 yards to the Soaring Eagle Lift. Ten Prime Steakhouse & Bar and Elk River Snowboard & Ski are located in the building. Just next door is Top of the World, which hosts Snowshoe Resort Check-in & ticket sales, Top of the World Rentals, Snowshoe Outdoor Adventure and Hoot's Bar and Grill.

Whole condo, community hot tubs, fire pit, dry sauna, fitness center, 2x ski lockers. Underground parking for 3 x vehicles.

Open concept living / dining / kitchen w/ 4 x bar seats. 8 x person dining table (lovely for working if necessary)

The Snowshoe Shuttle Bus picks up at stop # 13, between Soaring Eagle Lodge and Top of the World. The shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes during ski and mountain bike seasons and will take you to and from Snowshoe Village. To return, board the shuttle in the village and give the driver your stop at #13 Soaring Eagle Lodge.

1. DIFFICULT ROAD CONDITIONS leading to Snowshoe Mountain Resort in winter. 4WD or All-Wheel drive recommended in the winter season. We plow continually, but cannot stay ahead of it all during heavy storms or extreme weather. We do not refund due to weather conditions.
2. NO SMOKING is permitted in the home or in the hot tubs. A fee of $400 will be added for deep cleaning and odor removal.
3. NO PETS are permitted in the home under any conditions. A fee of $400 will be added for violations.
4. SERVICE ANIMALS must be declared ahead of booking to avoid the above pet fee. Please provide in writing, answers to the following: 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
5. MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 30 years. The booking guest must be present during stay and is responsible for all guests following house rules and check-out procedures. Violations will be reported to the booking website used to make the booking. Please note that, prior to your stay, we may require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign & agree to our rental conditions.
6 QUIET HOURS are from 2100 - 0700. There are no refunds if you are evicted from the property by law enforcement.
7. HOT TUB- Minors must be supervised by an adult at all times. There are health risks associated with hot tub use. Guests use the hot tub at their own risk. During extreme weather, we cannot guarantee that hot tub is always in working condition. Snowshoe can sometimes dip into the single digits Fahrenheit, making hot tub heating very difficult.
During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Hawthorne Valley Golf Course. Enjoy features like a gym, a hot tub, and laundry facilities. Free WiFi and a kitchen are available in the condo.

Favorite place at Snowshoe

We absolutely loved our stay. We’ve been coming to snowshoe for 20 years and have stayed all over the mountain, usually ending up at Allegheny Springs. We found this place which was ski in/out from soaring eagle and was perfect. The condo was very spacious and the three hot tubs were great after a day of skiing. Will definitely be our new go to place to stay, highly recommend!

Great Hosts

This would be my go-to choice for staying at Snowshoe. I really enjoyed staying at Soaring Eagle and prefer it to being in center of the village. True Ski in/out with the lift a few yards away from the back door was great. The Steak restaurant downstairs was the best at Snowshoe in my opinion. The room itself was perfect and the hosts are good people

The place was well equipped with the necessities like coffee filters, dishwasher pods, trash bags, paper towels, etc. And it was the cheap brands either which was nice. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating. The beds were very comfortable. The check-in process at Allegheny Springs took a long time. The big couch could use an upgrade.

We had a great visit to Snowshoe and stay at Soaring Eagle. We’ve been to Snowshoe many times but have never stayed at this location and it is the perfect spot. The ski-in/out to soaring eagle lift, proximity to food and bar, large hearth room and the lodge, and underground heated parking were all great features of this condo. The space was great and communication with the host could not have been better! Overall a perfect stay!

I couldn’t think of a good reason to check anything but 5 stars so I didn’t. Property was great. Love being right at a lift and next to our favorite rentals shop, Elk River. Gear locker room and storage of ground floor is awesome. Loved that. Great communication with property managers. I’d love to go back.

My new favorite place at Snowshoe

This place is amazing. I have stayed at several locations at Snowshoe and this is the best. The parking garage was very convenient and comfortable unloading. The place was roomy, clean, the kitchen was well stocked, beds were awesome. The locker room for skis was very convenient. Just steps from the slope. Check in was very congested but not sure how to avoid that. We will definitely stay there again

Can't beat the location & parking

Ideal location with ski on/off access, probably the closest on the mountain to a lift. Well maintained, comfy and well-appointed. Rentals and restaurants both attached and next door, as well as other activities. Having temp controlled parking was awesome as I was leaving with it being 7 degrees outside. Very convenient, will stay again.

Amazing Condo at a beautiful location

Excellent condo with a perfect location for ski in/out. Soaring Eagle is a great complex with amenities galore! Unit was immaculate- well decorated and equipped and spacious for our family of five. Kitchen has everything you can possibly need and the beds were comfortable. We loved having three large televisions and plenty of seating around the fire after a day skiing the amazing runs. Hosts were in constant contact and responsive to our questions. Absolutely would stay here again and highly recommend!
