Vibrant & Cozy 2BR Mountain Escape in Snowcrest by RedAwning

Welcome to Friar’s Leap, your oasis on the mountain! A total renovation was

just completed in 2023. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo can handle up to 6 adults

for your adventures. Both bedrooms include king beds and the living has a

queen pull out couch. Our renovations include a new wide open concept with

full granite surrounded by all new appliances that make fixing meals a breeze.

If you want to stay in and relax, we have installed 3 Smart LED TVs up to 75"

in size for your enjoyment. One major benefit of Snowcrest condos four hot

tubs, located indoors. Get up early and sit on the patio for some of the best

sunrises the mountain has to offer. We are a short 200 yard walk to the

Soaring Eagle lift and the Snowshoe shuttles stop routinely at our front door.

Hoot’s Bar and Grille and 10 Prime are also in walking distance.



During your stay at this condo building, you're just a quick walk from Hawthorne Valley Golf Course. You'll find features like a hot tub. Enjoy your stay with amenities like 2 bathrooms and a fireplace in the condo.

The condo unit itself was very nice. The owners did an excellent job renovating it. There were a couple small items but overall great. It could use a washer and dryer. My biggest concern was that it truly wasn’t ski in/out. It was far enough where I had to drive my family down to the lift find a place to park and walk. It defeats the purpose of paying for a ski in/out location. The building exterior was recently renovated and looks great. The interior was terribly dated and smells very doggy. It seemed like everyone inside there had a dog.
