Hello there and welcome, I am architect Stoiana Koleva-Kolin and will be more than happy to introduce you to my completely renovated apartment, in the heart of Sofia City. Created and furnished with love and attention to every detail. “Cosiness” was the key word which guided the renovation works and giving it a “homely’ feel and soul. It was important for me, not only as an architect, but as a daughter and a mother, as the flat has always been a part of the family and has an emotional value, and love for the family is my guiding star. “Sweet Home in the Heart of Sofia” overlooks a green oasis with Saint George Church in the middle. Perfect location in a quiet romantic street, within walking distance of all central points of interest. Comfortable bedroom, soft and warm covers, hot coffee, fast internet, numerous TV channels, cosy sitting room and a small romantically furnished kitchen. What more can one want from a home? I love Sofia and it will give me great pleasure if you choose “Sweet Home in the Heart of Sofia” for your stay, and if it helps you fall in love with the town too.

In the heart of Sofia

An amazing apartment

We stayed in Stoiana's apartment for two nights and honestly wish we could stay longer! The apartment is beautifuly designed, clean and cozy and Stoiana did everything to make us feel at home. A lovely decorated Christmas tree was lit in the living room and a delicious homemade cake(!!) awaited us in the kitchen. What more could we ask? Communication was very easy and check in went super smoothly. The apartment is spescious and has everything yoi need, including toiletries, fresh towels, kitchen utensils, washing mechine and dish washer. The heating was perfect after a day of sightseeing through the streets of Sofia in December. Wifi is fast with no hiccups and there's Netflix and cable tv. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, just a few minutes walk from the lively Vitosha street and the metro station and there's a good supermarket just down the road. I highly recommend this apartment!

Fantastic and spacious apartment. The host went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We could not have found a better place for our stay in Sofia. Minutes away from the main pedestrian areas with caffees, restaurants or for just a nice stroll in the evening.

Tellement accueillant!

Stoiana a été juste parfaite. Elle a été généreuse et rassurante lorsque ma fille s'est fracturée un bras. L'endroit est super bien situé et on s'y sent vraiment chez soi. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Absolutly perfect and recommendable!

We had wonderful 5 days in this interesting city. Especially because the apartment is so perfectly situated and so comfortable! It is beautifully designed, spacious and fully equipped. The view is great. We really could relax after exploring all the nearby situated sights. Communication with Stoiana was always so friendly and fast. Check in instructions very easy. We would love to return someday!

Nous avons eu de la chance de choisir cet hébergement entièrement rénové avec des prestations luxueuses. Il est situé dans une rue calme en face d'un jardin et d'une église et à deux pas de la rue la plus belle et la plus vivante du coeur de Sofia. Stoiana est charmante et dévouée. Nous sommes partis avec regrets.
