Charming ground floor villa with garden and porch, within a residence with swimming pool in Soiano del Lago; ideal for hosting families and groups of up to 6 people!



The villa opens onto a bright living room furnished with a comfortable double sofa bed, dining table, heater and open-plan kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven and kettle. Through a French door you access the private porch with barbecue and outdoor furniture, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view of the lake and the residence garden.

The house continues with the rest of the ground floor completed by a bedroom with double bed, large wardrobe, fan and a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and sink.

Via a spiral staircase you reach the mansard floor where there is a double bed, two bedside tables and a fan.

Finally, the basement floor, consisting of a tavern equipped with sofa, Smart TV, dining table, bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower and a laundry area.



*The residence swimming pool is seasonal and is open from 01 June to 30 September; it is available from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. The use of a swimming cap may be required

Soiano del Lago, an enchanting locality near Lake Garda on the Brescia shore, takes its name from "Porta del sole", translation of "Solis ianua" which is enough to define the characteristics of this small village in the Valtenesi, rich in vineyards and olive trees immersed in the greenery of the hills. In Soiano del Lago, a visit to the Castle dating back to the 10th century is certainly worthwhile, hosting events and manifestations during the summer period. Worth visiting nearby, the tourist locality of Moniga del Garda with its splendid beaches and the castle of Padenghe. For guests who prefer a relaxing excursion, it is possible to reach Salò and take a ferry to visit the lake by boat. The hinterland of Soiano del Lago offers places of peace and quiet immersed amongst the typical olive trees of the Valtenesi area, on Lake Garda, where tourists can participate in tastings and stop in local restaurants to sample the typical Brescia spiedo.



The house is located approximately 45 minutes by car from Verona airport and 15 minutes from Desenzano del Garda railway station.
