The view of Seoraksan was amazing from my room! It was completely worth it. The room was warm in the winter, clean (brand new everything), and bed was very comfortable. I loved the ondol and double balcony doors to keep out cold air and traffic noise. The staff were very friendly, and they provided fresh towels and water every day without being asked. They did not have to do housekeeping every day and you can request the time when they do clean. It was nice to not be disturbed. The only thing was the hallway noise was very noticeable, but at night generally everyone was quiet. This hotel is the only tall building in the bus terminal area so the views again are amazing!

도보특가라서 주차를 공영주차장에 하고 걸어가야하는 부분이 좀 불편했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 필요한 어메니티도 다 있었습니다. 다만 복도에서 사람들이 얘기하는 소리가 너무 잘 들려서..방음이 좀 아쉽습니다.

체크인시 직원이 멘트를 너무 기계적으로 빠르게 말해서 제대로 알아듣기 어려웠고,,,이름대고 신분증 보여주면 되는 줄 알았는데 예약한거 보여달라고 해서 이메일 들어가서 보여줘야 했네요.동생이 따로 예약한 방 체크인시 요구안했고요,,사람봐가면서 애먹이는 느낌 받았습니다.조식은 다양한 편이지만 가격이 너무 비싸고,도보특가 주차부분은 거리감이 좀 있어 호텔옆에 세워둬야 했습니다.성인4인가족 패밀리룸 예약했는데 너무 좁고 침대를 두명이서 사용하기가 좀 불편할 것 같아 온돌방 룸을 급하게 바로 예약해서 사용했습니다.

호텔 주차 미포함 객실 이용했는데 깨끗하고 가성비 아주 좋은 호텔이었습니다. 공영주차장까지 신호를 3번 거쳐 건너가야 하는건 꽤 불편했으나 가성비를 감안하면 나쁘지 않습니다

체크인 절차가 빨랐고 직원들이 전체적으로 친절하였습니다. 주차가능한 공간이 여유있어서 좋았고 만차 시 주변 공영주차장에 대한 안내도 언급된 부분이 있어 정보가 원활하게 잘 공유되고 있는 호텔이라고 생각합니다. 숙소는 굉장히 깨끗하고 신축급 건물이라 만족하고 주변 맛집도 상당히 많아 거리적 위치도 훌륭합니다.
