This welcoming home in charming Solana Beach is a terrific choice for guests seeking a cozy retreat. With 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and 2 twin beds, this beautiful property offers a comfortable stay. Very close to the beach and Del Mar Fairgrounds Racetrack. Enjoy wonderful shops and restaurants in nearby Del Mar and Encinitas. We offer use of 2 bikes, surfboards and beach chairs, and lots of family games. The house has high ceilings, beautiful wood floors, new carpet, fireplace. Outdoors is pool (unheated),in ground jacuzzi, firepit table great sitting area, teak lounge chairs and large teak table outside with market umbrellas. We are one mile from the train station and Cedros Design District with shops, restaurants, Belly Up Tavern for live music, Culture Brewing, Carruth Winery and more! You will fall in love with Solana Beach and enjoy the magic it has to offer.

Family getaway

Loved this property !! Our grandkids couldn’t get enough of the pool!! Great location to beach!! Nice neighborhood with all amenities just down the road. House is very comfortable with everything we needed. Host was great. Highly recommend to anyone!!

This was a very nice property with a great location near beaches, restaurants, and shops. The property was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The pool and jacuzzi are a great amenity. It was easy to communicate with the host and she was responsive to questions and requests. I would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting San Diego.
