Set in the exclusive strip of Sunset Beach overlooking Pearson Park and onto the sand and crystal clear waters of Soldiers Point is this beautifully renovated, split level home.

Within 200m of one of Port Stephens' finest marinas with a cafe and restaurant and a 2 minute drive to the Soldiers Point Boat Ramp, you couldn't find a more tranquil and serene part of Port Stephens for your holiday. The perfect spot to play in the park, go fishing or simply just sit on the porch and watch the sun go down.

Walk in the front door to the magnificent kitchen with stone benchtops, you are immediately greeted by the waterfront view from the floor to ceiling glass windows on the porch. The beautiful sunken lounge / dining leads out to the huge entertaining porch and your own grass areas. For the wintery or rainy days, you can sit inside and enjoy some movies with free Wi-Fi being offered.

The master suite is located at one end of the house with a large bathroom next door. At the other end you will find 3 more bedrooms and another large bathroom.

Located on a battle-axe block, you are secluded and hidden from the street noise, with the water on your doorstep.

Family getaway

The property was beautiful. Very well kept and comfortable bedding and linen in all the rooms. The home was great for a family and equipped with everything you need. The location was very family friendly. The kids loved seeing the koalas and swimming right outside the back yard. The house was just a short walk to the marina where there is a beautiful cafe and restaurant. Would highly recommend staying here.
