Spacious open concept home, recently remodeled and mere steps from breathtaking Kenai River. low bank. Close to the amenities of town with 'out of town' feels. Property features 35 ft. of dock on river for easy access to one of the best Salmon and trout "holes" on the river. Lots of space to recreate on the extra large, beautifully manicured backyard, with a fire pit to warm up at, or just to enjoy great conversation with your favorite people. Also features a gazebo covered viewing platform above the dock to relax on and to be part of the action even while taking a break from reeling in your catch! Nice patio off the home for outside meals or just additional space to spread out and enjoy nature, the outdoors and a view of the river. With nearly 3000 sq ft of home so you and your party have all the space you need, even when traveling with a large group. 5 bedrooms and 2/12 baths.
