Bear Cabin-Gunning Cabin Rentals

Our bear cabin is located just 15 minutes outside of Soldotna Alaska on 16 acres of Alaskan forest. This cabin shares the property with one other cabin, a yurt, and our main house. This cabin has a private parking space, a covered deck, and a view that is breath taking. Access to the commons area around the property include a gazebo with fire pit, and a canoe to go out on the lake on the property only. Kitchen comes equipped with a two burner electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, dish soap, and dining dishes. Bathroom has towels, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The bed in this cabin is a king size bed and a armoire for storage of your clothes while you are here. Living room has a large TV, DVD player, and stereo system for entertainment. The covered deck wraps halfway around the cabin and over looks the properties below. There is a patio dining table with chairs and grill located on the deck for private use. We have recently gotten Starlink internet that is shared between the two cabins.
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be close to Reflection Lake. Enjoy features like a hot tub. The cabin offers free WiFi and a kitchen.

This place was absolutely perfect!! Every detail imaginable was well thought out; from the heated bathroom floor, to the 2 person hot tub, to the little complimentary coffee machine and other sundries! What a joy this was to stay here with my 15 yr old son! Bed was comfortable as well, space was well decorated! Will stay here again for sure!

Relaxing pet friendly cabin

Lovely location and the cabin feels private since the windows and deck face away from the main house and other cabin on the property. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We really appreciated that our dogs were able to come here with us and we hope to return soon!

Jacuzzi week on the Kenai

This was the perfect place to start our Jacuzzi week on the Kenai. We started and ended our week here and it was perfect. Thank you so much! I will be sharing pictures around Valdez. Alaska oasis - perfect for 2!!

This property was perfect for my spouse and I for a weekend get away. It’s quiet, peaceful, has everything you need and is better than the photos.
