This brand new 900 sqft loft cottage comes equipped with a full kitchen that opens into the main living area with large windows that look out into the woods with a partial view of the Caribou Hills, Longmere Lake and southern exposure. Perfect for 2 couples, 3 solo travels or a family. Private loft has a queen bed and vanity, and twin bed in open loft area. Main level bedroom has a queen bed. The fully equipped stainless kitchen can accommodate your extended stay or a weekend getaway. Acid stain concrete earth-warming in-floor radiant heat. Beautiful custom live edge birch trim on window sills. Outdoor grills available for use.

Cottage is 5-10 minutes from all the popular boat launches- Bings, Moose, Centennial, Pillars, Eagle Rock. 30 to 45 minutes to Upper Kenai River, Kasilof River, or saltwater fishing. 90 minutes to Homer. Parking for single vehicle with overflow vehicle parking for boat trailers for trout bums coming from Anchorage or the Valley.

5 minute drive to Soldotna amenities and popular local eateries, some favorites are- Kenai River Brewing, Addie Camp, St. Elias Brewing Company, and Senor Panchos. Gas station convenience/liquor store is walking distance away.

There are 4 cottages on the property. Each has an independent parking and outdoor area.
