The open space layout of the ground floor and plenty of natural light coming from outside makes this area very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as a refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave oven, kettle, oven, blender, and Lavazza coffee machine. The dining table can seat 10 people. The living area consists of a comfortable sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen tv with over 1000 channels. Next to the living room, you will find a billiard table. Also, the shared bathroom and shower are situated in a spa room on the ground floor.
On the terrace, you will find a 40 m2 swimming pool, sun chairs, and outside furniture. Next to the pool, there is a big wooden barbecue ideal for preparing tasteful meals for your family or friends.
