The place is secure and clean but we didnt have enough towels and even when i message them about it, they either took for ever to reply or was useless, so we spent 3 days without being able to shower

FörfÀrligt!

Det hÀr var det vÀrsta jag har upplevt vad gÀller "hotell"vistelse! Jag skickade klagomÄl redan frÄn början med fick ingen respons pÄ det. Madrasser som kallades sÀng bestod av en resÄrmadrass i dÄligt skick som lpg direkt pÄ golvet. Den var flÀckig och trasig! OvanpÄ den lÄg tvÄ udda skumgummimadrasser. BÀddsoffan i andra delen av rummet var placerad sÄ att det var omöjligt att nyttja frys, skÄp och lÄdor! I bÀddsoffan fanns ingen bÀddmadrass alls vilket gjorde att resÄrer skar in i ryggen. Bland köksutrustningen fanns endast tvÄ udda glas, inga muggar. VÀggar och lister var enormt smutsiga, precis som handfatets utlopp under proppen. Toalettborsten var fruktansvÀrt smutsig! Rummet hade en unken, avslagen röklukt! NÀr vi kom hem i goe kvÀll fanns poliser pÄ plats i huset, vilket ocksÄ gav en obehaglig kÀnsla ! Jag kommer att se till att sprida vilket förskrÀckligt boende detta var!
