No complaints, pretty decent place to stay

Easy self check in service and card collection. Really nice and helpful staff. Really good room, clean and has everything you need. Only downside is that there are no luggage storage available but is also inexpensive in stockholm city station.

Worked well apart from the initial access.

We arrived late in the day and the outside door access didn’t appear to work; there were three version of it of various ages and formats. Someone was leaving so let us in. The rest of the process worked very well. It’s clean and functional, warm and with a good shower / bathroom.

Quiet and Pleasant with minor discomfort

If you arrive after hours, there is no one to unlock the front door. I had to count on the mercy of a stranger who let me in!! Your key will be generated by a machine after you log in your info, I didn't know about that either. Internet reception for the PC is through a cable, for the wireless internet for your phone, the reception is extremely unsatisfactory. Once you figure out how to get in and out of the area, it becomes easy. However, there was no one to sell bus tickets over the weekend.

Accueil avec une machine. Le N° de commande (avec le long chiffre) à mettre dans la petite case du code de réservation (à 5 chiffres) et mettre le code de réservation de 5 chiffres dans la case du N° de commande (long chiffre...). Super logique... Après 10 minutes, d'essai j'arrive enfin à la dernière étape... Et là la clef (une carte) ce bloque dans la machine... Génial! Dans la chambre pas de code wifi obligé d'attendre le surlendemain (personne à l’accueil le Dimanche).

Dålig belysning , bara en dålig sänglampa och en liten byrå. Det saknades både glas och kaffemuggar och bestick, det fanns tex bara en kaffesked. Inventarielista saknades. En vanlig enkel TV saknades .Tråkigt då vi som bara var där på kvällarna inte kunde kontakta personalen efter kl 17.

Inbokningsmaskinen på hotellet krånglade, så det tog tid innan jag fick kontakt och kunde få ett kort och komma in- En annan gäst passerade som tur var och hjälpte mig länge, annars hade jag fått tillbringa natten på en soffa i foyern. Men sedan var det bra. Alla kontakter med personal via telefon var mycket positiva.

Prisvärt boende nära pendeltågsstationen. Trevligt med pentry och lugnt hotell. Bra för den som är i stan på jobb och behöver något enkelt ställe att sova och laga middag på.
