Cocoonr is pleased to offer this air-conditioned cottage in Solliès-Toucas, featuring a shared swimming pool. It measures 32 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. It comprises an 18 m² living area, a fully equipped kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a terrace of approximately 15 m². We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- An 18 m² air-conditioned living area with a sofa bed, TV and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with one queen-size bed (160 x 200)
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outdoors:
- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days
- An unheated outdoor swimming pool with a paddling pool and sun loungers (open from April to October and secured by a fence, subject to weather conditions)
- A 250 m² wellness area (sauna, steam room), available for a fee, open from June to September

The house is ideally situated in Solliès-Toucas, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market…

Transport:
If you choose to travel by car, you can park directly in the cottage’s private parking space (1 car). Free parking is available within the estate.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful:
- Nearest railway station: Solliès-Pont, about a 5-minute drive away
- Nearest airport: Toulon-Hyères, about a 25-minute drive away

Other notes:
- Pets are welcome free of charge. Only one pet is permitted per stay. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
- Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request at an additional cost (to be arranged and paid for with our on-site partner). The prices quoted are for guidance only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Swimming pool: Parents are responsible for supervising their children whilst swimming. Opening dates are not binding (swimming pool/wellness area) and are subject to weather conditions
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
