The main villa accommodates up to 8 guests. Depending on the details of your reservation, two separate studios can be made available to expand your living space.

The studios are never rented separately: you will always be the sole occupants of the estate.

The villa is ideally located: 30 minutes from Hyères Airport and its beaches, and just 20 minutes from Toulon.

The nearest beaches are reachable in about 20 minutes by car.

Several uncovered parking spaces are available directly on the property.

Within a 10-minute drive, you’ll find local markets, excellent bakeries, pastry shops, and traditional butchers.

House rules

To preserve the peace and comfort of all guests:

* Please respect quiet hours between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM (a neighboring house is located at the property boundary).
* Parties and events are not allowed.
* Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
* Pets are not allowed.
* No commercial or professional activities are permitted on the property.
* External visitors are allowed only with prior approval.

For any external visitors, please send us by email the first and last names of each guest before their arrival.

* Bed linen and towels are not included by default. Rental of linen is available upon request for an additional fee.
* The private swimming pool is open from June 15th to September 15th.
