The holiday apartment is in a quietly situated holiday park by the Nečujam bay on the Croatian island Šolta.

The accommodation provides around 32m² of living space, comprising a living room, a cooking space, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed for two people, which can be used as an alternative to the other beds, as well as a flatscreen TV with a satellite receiver and a dining corner. The entrance area has a little cooking niche that is fully-equipped, including a two-ring ceramic hob. The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide, while the second has a bunk bed for three people (200 x 200cm below, 90 x 200cm above). The bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a washing machine for your own exclusive use. The apartment does not have heating. A total of three fans cool the apartment in summer.

The apartment also has a fully-enclosed garden area for your exclusive use. The partially shaded terrace has garden furniture and a grill. Alternatively, you can enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony with a view of the park site with old mature pine trees. You can park your car on the shared car park about 600 metres away free of charge.

Wireless Internet access is free throughout the accommodation.

The nearest supermarket is only about 20 metres away. A bakery, cafés and restaurants can be found on the coastal promenade about 100 metres away. The promenade and the pebbled beach typical of Croatia are just a short walk away, through a shaded alleyway lined with pines. The crystal clear sea water invites you to swim and is also suitable for small children. A car ferry from and to the island of Šolta with its green vegetation crosses several times a day between Rogač and Split. Visit Split, the second-largest city in Croatia, and get to know its many sights.
